Vasari Country Club is a safe gated community in Bonita Springs, Florida, just North of Naples and 20 minutes south of the Fort Myers Airport. The home is fully furnished and includes WIFI and cable and two large computer monitors ready to connect to your computer if needed. Vasari Country Club is a golf bundled community. Your rental includes a full golf membership at Vasari Golf and Country Club for two (additional fees to play) and use of the six lighted tennis courts, three Bocce Courts, a large fitness center and pool, and tiki bar facilities. The clubhouse was recently renovated in 2021 and includes outdoor and indoor bar/restaurant facilities. There is also a private pool with gas grills a short walk away at the end of Toscana Way. Several beaches are within a short 20 Minute drive from Vasari. Popular Naples destinations are within 30 Minutes. Sorry no smoking or pets are allowed. The association requires application forms and lease to be completed for each rental. Taxes, application fee and membership transfer fee are in addition to the monthly rental rate.
The Golf Course is being renovated and will be closed in April 2025. Club House and all other amenities will remain open.
Rental Rates vary depending on month of the year: $3000 (off-peak May - Sept) $6,000 (mid-peak Oct - Nov) $8500 (Peak December - March), April 2025 (Golf Course Closed) $5,500.
